## OUR CLIENTS

Meet the Team

At Ambrose, we understand that social media isn’t everything; it’s just one part of the bigger picture for brands like Celestial at Home. Our client wanted to boost their TikTok followers to 1,000 so they could set up their TikTok Shop. We achieved that goal in just two weeks and even created two viral videos along the way.

Our work goes beyond just social media. We also refresh their website each season, tailoring it for holidays to keep things exciting for their audience. Plus, we focus on email marketing to keep their followers engaged. We always remind our clients that while having followers is nice, we don’t get caught up in vanity metrics. What really matters is **attracting more eyes to your brand and generating more revenue. You don’t need a huge following to succeed**; it’s all about how effectively we connect with and convert the audience you already have.

Where your audience is
## Choose Platforms by Who Uses Them

Posting everywhere spreads a small team thin. Pew Research Center's 2025 survey of U.S. adults shows how different the platforms really are ([Pew Research Center](https://www.pewresearch.org/internet/fact-sheet/social-media/)).

### YouTube and Facebook still reach the most adults

In Pew's 2025 survey, 84 percent of U.S. adults said they use YouTube and 71 percent use Facebook ([Pew](https://www.pewresearch.org/internet/fact-sheet/social-media/)). For businesses serving a broad or older audience, these two often matter more than the newest app.

### Instagram skews toward working-age adults

Half of U.S. adults use Instagram, including 62 percent of adults ages 30 to 49 but only 19 percent of those 65 and older ([Pew](https://www.pewresearch.org/internet/fact-sheet/social-media/)). That is why it suits many wellness, beauty, and lifestyle brands so well.

### TikTok is younger and still growing in reach

Pew found 32 percent of U.S. adults use TikTok, including 44 percent of adults 30 to 49 and 12 percent of those 65 and older ([Pew](https://www.pewresearch.org/internet/fact-sheet/social-media/)). It rewards short, personality-led video more than polished advertising.

### Pinterest and LinkedIn serve specific goals

Pinterest is used by 37 percent of U.S. adults and LinkedIn by 25 percent ([Pew](https://www.pewresearch.org/internet/fact-sheet/social-media/)). Pinterest fits planning-driven purchases like weddings and home design; LinkedIn fits professional services and B2B.

We usually recommend two or three platforms done well over five done halfway, then expand once the content system is running smoothly.

How we work
## Our Social Media Process

Consistent results come from a repeatable system, not a burst of posting before a launch.

- ### 1. Audit
We review your current accounts, past content, audience, competitors, and what has historically earned saves, shares, inquiries, and sales, so the plan starts from evidence.
- ### 2. Strategy and content pillars
Three to five recurring themes tied to your business goals, such as education, behind the scenes, client stories you have permission to share, and offers, so every post has a reason to exist.
- ### 3. Monthly content calendar
A full month of posts planned in advance and shared for approval, timed around your launches, seasons, and local events.
- ### 4. Create
Photography, graphics, captions, and short-form video edited for each platform's format, written in your brand voice.
- ### 5. Publish and engage
Scheduled posting plus real community management: replying to comments and messages, engaging with relevant accounts, and flagging leads to your team quickly.
- ### 6. Report and refine
Monthly analytics focused on reach beyond your current followers, engagement quality, profile actions, and inquiries, with clear notes on what we will change next month.

Doing it right
## Social Media Rules We Follow

The fastest way to lose an audience is to lose its trust. These are the rules we build into every account, drawn from FTC guidance and platform policies. This is general information, not legal advice.

### Never buy followers or views

The FTC's 2024 rule prohibits anyone from selling or buying fake indicators of social media influence, such as followers or views generated by a bot or hijacked account ([FTC](https://www.ftc.gov/news-events/news/press-releases/2024/08/federal-trade-commission-announces-final-rule-banning-fake-reviews-testimonials)). Fake numbers also distort your analytics and the audience platforms show your content to.

### Disclose brand relationships clearly

The FTC says influencers must disclose any financial, employment, personal, or family relationship with a brand, including free or discounted products, and the disclosure should be hard to miss, not buried in a bio or behind a "more" link ([FTC](https://www.ftc.gov/business-guidance/resources/disclosures-101-social-media-influencers)).

### Use plain disclosure words

The FTC points to clear terms such as "Advertisement," "ad," and "sponsored," and warns against vague ones like "sp," "spon," or "collab." In video, the disclosure belongs in the video itself ([FTC](https://www.ftc.gov/business-guidance/resources/disclosures-101-social-media-influencers)).

### Endorsements must reflect honest opinions

Under the FTC endorsement guides, endorsements must reflect the honest opinions of the endorser and material connections must be disclosed ([16 CFR 255](https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-16/part-255)). We only feature client stories with written permission.

### Skip engagement bait

Meta defines engagement bait as posts that explicitly request votes, shares, comments, tags, likes, or other reactions for purposes other than a specific call to action ([Meta](https://transparency.meta.com/en-gb/features/approach-to-ranking/content-distribution-guidelines/engagement-bait/)). "Comment YES if you agree" posts can backfire; useful content earns real engagement.

### Respect personal attributes in ads

When we boost posts or run social ads, Meta prohibits ads that assert or imply personal attributes such as health conditions ([Meta](https://transparency.meta.com/policies/ad-standards/objectionable-content/privacy-violations-personal-attributes/)). We write about your service, not assumptions about the viewer.

What good content looks like
## Content That Earns Attention Without Gimmicks

The best-performing brand accounts we see share the same habits. None of them require chasing every trend.

### Faces and voices

People connect with people. Short videos of the founder, team, or practitioners explaining something useful consistently outperform stock-style graphics for service businesses. They do not need to be polished; they need to be clear, warm, and genuinely helpful to the person watching.

### Real proof, shared with permission

Before-and-after photos, project walkthroughs, and client stories build trust when they are real, representative, and approved in writing by the people in them.

### Answers to real questions

The questions clients ask on calls make excellent posts and Reels. They also double as search content, since many people now search inside Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

### A consistent visual system

Recognizable colors, type, and photo style make your posts identifiable before anyone reads the name. Consistency is a brand asset, not a creative limitation.
Brand styling

Short-form video
## Reels and TikToks Without the Stress

Short video is where most organic reach comes from right now, and it is also where small teams feel the most pressure. A simple system makes it manageable.

### Batch filming

One focused session a month can produce several weeks of video. We plan shot lists and talking points ahead of time, so filming feels like a conversation instead of a performance.

### Formats that repeat

A handful of recurring formats, such as a weekly tip, a myth versus fact, a behind-the-scenes moment, or a client question answered, make content faster to produce and easier for your audience to recognize. Over time, followers start looking forward to them.

### Captions and on-screen text

Many people watch with the sound off. Clear captions and a strong first line of on-screen text help the message land in the first few seconds, and they make your videos more accessible.

### Repurpose with intention

One good video can become a Reel, a TikTok, a YouTube Short, a still post, and a newsletter snippet, adjusted for each platform rather than copied and pasted everywhere.

If being on camera is not for you, that is fine. Product, process, and voiceover formats can carry an account just as well.

Questions about social media
## Social Media Marketing Questions, Answered

Which social media platforms should our business be on?

The ones your customers use. Pew's 2025 survey found YouTube and Facebook reach the most U.S. adults, while Instagram is strongest with adults 30 to 49 and TikTok skews younger ([Pew Research Center](https://www.pewresearch.org/internet/fact-sheet/social-media/)). We usually start with two or three platforms and do them well.

How often should we post?

Consistently enough that your audience remembers you, without sacrificing quality. For most brands that means a few posts per week plus Stories, with short-form video as a regular part of the mix. We set a cadence your brand can sustain month after month.

Can you guarantee follower growth or viral posts?

No. Nobody can honestly promise a post will go viral. We can promise a consistent plan, good content, and active community management, and we report on reach, engagement, and inquiries so you can see what is working.

Is it okay to buy followers to look more established?

No. The FTC's 2024 rule prohibits buying or selling fake indicators of social media influence, such as bot-generated followers or views ([FTC](https://www.ftc.gov/news-events/news/press-releases/2024/08/federal-trade-commission-announces-final-rule-banning-fake-reviews-testimonials)). Fake followers also make your real engagement rate look worse.

Do influencers have to disclose sponsored posts?

Yes. The FTC says influencers must disclose financial, employment, personal, or family relationships with a brand, including free products, in a way that is hard to miss, using clear words like "ad" or "sponsored" ([FTC](https://www.ftc.gov/business-guidance/resources/disclosures-101-social-media-influencers)).

What counts as engagement bait?

Meta describes it as posts that explicitly ask for votes, shares, comments, tags, likes, or reactions for purposes other than a specific call to action ([Meta](https://transparency.meta.com/en-gb/features/approach-to-ranking/content-distribution-guidelines/engagement-bait/)). We focus on content people want to engage with instead.

Do you create the content or do we?

We plan, design, write, and edit the content. For photos and video of your team, space, or work, we either direct a shoot, use footage you capture with our guidance, or work from your existing library.

How do you measure social media success?

Reach beyond current followers, engagement quality such as saves and shares, profile visits, link clicks, messages, and the inquiries or sales we can trace. Follower count is tracked, but it is not the goal on its own.

How much does social media management cost?

Social media can run on its own as Custom Social Media, or inside Full Service Marketing with email, website updates, and blog strategy. Most of our clients invest roughly $1,200 to $4,000 a month in marketing, often across more than one channel. Package details are listed above.

Can you also run paid social ads?

Yes. Boosted posts and Meta ad campaigns can extend your best organic content to new audiences, within Meta's advertising standards. See our [paid ads services](https://www.ambrosemarketing.com/paid-ads-agency).
